The Box Hill Community Gardens adjacent to the Box Hill Community Arts Centre provide Centre users with a delightful outlook, particularly from the Drycraft East Studio, Lounge and Arbour.

Whitehorse City Council provides land on which three Community Gardens operate. Combarton Street, Box Hill, Jolimont Road Forest Hill and Slater Reserve Blackburn North.

Community Gardens provide residents with an opportunity to get out into a garden within a social, supported atmosphere.

The Box Hill Community Gardens are directly managed by the community who have established Box Hill Community Gardens Incorporated. They are open from dawn to dusk. Membership inquiries should be directed to the Membership Officer, Mr Les Miles on 9848 1582.
