In the 1950’s, Victorians enthusiastically queued, with their own pots and saucepans, for Chinese take-away food- a popular alternative to fish’n chips. To see how far we’ve come since those days, join Celebrity Chef Elizabeth Chong for a cooking demonstration that reveals how easy it is to prepare delicious Chinese meals at home and discover how even exotic Asian ingredients can be sourced from the Box Hill Market.
