Whether you yearn to create or simply enjoy listening to the experience and creative endeavours of others, this festival has something for everyone; from performance and song writing, to conversations with authors over coffee and cake.  The Artists and Writers Festival is proud to present a fantastic festival to spark your imagination, and to engage people of all ages in arts and writing. The Whitehorse Manningham Artists and Writers Festival is presented by Whitehorse Manningham Libaries, Friends of Nunawading Libraries, Box Hill Community Arts Centre, and the Cities of Whitehorse and Manningham.
