Canadian artist, Audrya Corbett began her artistic journey in 1999 while attending the Alberta College of Art and Design. She is passionate about teaching the mandala, poi, flag dancing and many other fine arts. Audrya's goal is to share her talents with communities world wide. Audrya's mission is to empower individuals to find their creative voice within their hearts. The poi making and twirling workshop involves creating and learning the dance of poi. Poi Dancing is a traditional Maori dance prop from New Zealand. This dance was used to honor the Maori females and as coordination training for the Maori warriors. Visit www.
