Empowering gatherings for Empowered Women. Join us for an evening of meditation and conversation. Gather in the beautiful BHCAC, to meditate, share stories and reflections on weekly topics. The purpose of these sessions is to carve out self-care time that involves tuning in, reflecting, releasing stress, and doing practices that empower, strengthen and bring peace to your mind, body and soul. It’s also a great way to connect with other like-minded women, hear their stories and make new friends. Classes will be both indoors and outdoors on beautiful evenings. Bring a yoga mat, pen and book to write in.
