Box Hill Community Arts Centre is excited to welcome you back to our beautiful Centre in line with Victorian Government restrictions.
COVID Safe / Conditions of entry
In line with Victorian Government requirements, we will have COVID-19 Check-In Marshals at the centre entrance. Proof of vaccination status is required to enter for 16yrs+. Children under 16 years are not required to show proof of vaccination. We ask for your patience and cooperation with our staff, while they implement the Victorian Government Directions.
Venue Hire clients including incorporated Community Groups may be required to provide their own Covid Check-In Marshal. Please ensure you check if this is applicable to your group prior to returning to the centre.
QR codes are in place throughout the centres. All patrons must check in upon arrival to record their visit for contact tracing purposes.
We are required to adhere to density quotients of 1:4m2 for all rooms within the Centre.
Everyone 12 years and above must wear masks indoors except when out of breath, puffing, eating or drinking.
Don’t forget to use hand sanitiser and make sure you wipe down equipment after use.
Our facilities are sanitised regularly during opening hours and overnight. We are monitoring density and distancing in each space, and following our detailed COVIDSafe plan.
Staff will continue to monitor safety procedures to ensure the wellbeing of all users. We appreciate your cooperation with these arrangements, as part of our collective responsibility to community health.
If you are unwell or have any symptoms of the coronavirus, please do not attend our facility. We encourage you to get tested and only return when advised that it is safe to do so by a medical professional.
If you need help on how to get your COVID-19 certificate, please visit the Victorian Government’s coronavirus website for instructions.
